Edwin Aguilar, a Personal Trainer with his boxing level 1-2-3, was a skilled and successful amateur boxer with an impressive amateur record when he was asked to go pro after sparring with professional boxers at Montreal’s famed Ring 83 boxing club and Champion boxing gym. His decision to turn away from the world of professional boxing was a gain for the world of fitness.
Edwin has enjoyed the art and sport of boxing since he was a young boy. When he was 14 years old, Edwin joined Ring 83, and his amateur career quickly took off. “I loved the training and self discipline needed to get in shape and acquire great boxing skills,” he said. Though he chose to not pursue a professional boxing career when approached, Edwin quickly saw how his years of training and discipline could help clients and friends and he soon became a Personal Trainer with a Level 1 boxing license.
